Why are my leaves curling?

Short answer

Edges curling up like a taco usually mean heat or too much light. Tips curling down in a claw shape often mean overfeeding, or sometimes overwatering.

Measure temperature at canopy level, not at the wall; the top of the plants is the hottest part. Check how far the lamp is and whether it can be dimmed, then lift a pot to judge if it is wet or dry. Pale, fast curling on only the top leaves points to light and heat, dark green clawing on all leaves points to feed.

A thermo-hygrometer tells you what is happening, and a dimmable LED lets you fix light intensity without moving the lamp.
