Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG). If you have a complaint, please contact us first – we will always look for a solution together with you. You can also use the free, voluntary complaint mediation of WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl); its outcome is not binding on you and your right to go to the ordinary courts remains unaffected.
