BioGreen X-Blast is a bloom stimulator for the flowering phase, available here in 250 ml and 500 ml. It's used in the final weeks of flower to support flower development and is dosed on top of your regular base nutrient, not instead of it. Because it's a concentrated product, a small bottle goes a long way in a home grow. Follow the manufacturer's dosage, start on the low side and avoid combining it with several other bloom boosters at the same time. Measure accurately with a cup from measuring cups and find a base in nutrient brands.
