Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Agro Top Garden GmbH (Growdealz), Kempener Str. 45, 47669 Wachtendonk, Germany, info@growdealz.com) by a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw. You can use the model withdrawal form in our refund policy, but this is not required. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Sending the goods back

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, to:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. For higher-value items we recommend sending the parcel insured.

Refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery, nor to goods made to customer specifications.

Defective or damaged products

If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at info@growdealz.com. The statutory warranty rights apply; we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund with you.
