Manufacturers usually quote 90% or more reflectivity for these linings, and in practice the difference between decent brands is small. Crinkled Mylar or foil is where problems start, since it can create hot spots on the leaves. A clean surface that you can wipe down also keeps mould away.
Check the seams, zippers and how the lining sits when you compare Pro tents and Eco tents. If a corner or the floor is worn, a sheet from the accessories is an easy patch.
