How do I stop mould and flower rot?

Short answer

Keep humidity low (around 40 to 50% late in flower), move air constantly, thin out dense areas and never leave wet plant material in the tent.

Flower rot starts inside dense flowers and shows as grey mould or a wilting leaf poking out of a flower. Cut out affected parts well beyond the visible area and check neighbouring flowers. It is the humidity in the late weeks that does the damage, especially at night when temperature drops.

A dehumidifier, clip fans under and through the canopy, and a hygrometer to watch the numbers are the whole toolkit. Trim lower, shaded branches early so air actually reaches the flowers.
