Why are my grow tent walls sucked inwards?

Short answer

Your fan is pulling out more air than the intakes let in. A little suction is good for odour, but if the walls are bowing in, the fan is too strong for the openings.

Open the intake vents wider, add another one, or slow the fan with a fan controller. If the walls are sucked in hard, the tent is also struggling to get fresh air, and the fan is losing efficiency. A slight inward bow is normal.

Check the rest of your ventilation setup too, since a filter that's too small for the fan makes it worse.
