Product description
Aptus Micromix Drip 1 kg – soluble root zone microlife for larger grows
With several tents, a grow room or big reservoirs, small pouches run out quickly. The 1 kg pack of Aptus Micromix Drip is the size for growers who treat large volumes of water every month and want a better price per gram.
Numbers for bigger tanks
The dose is 1 g per litre, so 1 kg treats 1,000 L of water. That is five fills of a 200 L tank, or two of a 500 L reservoir. Applied every 30 days, that keeps a mid-size room supplied for a good while.
What it does
Micromix Drip is the water-soluble form of Aptus Micromix. It contains a selected mix of beneficial microorganisms and stimulants on a protective carrier that also feeds them, which extends storage life. Once in the root zone, the bacteria produce enzymes that turn accumulated nutrient salts back into usable food, and the microbial population supports rooting and growth. According to Aptus the product is 100% organic and works in all substrates.
In practice
Weigh out the powder, dissolve it fully in the tank and stir until no particles are left before watering or running drippers. Use it in the growth phase for a strong start, or 21 days after Micromix Soil, and repeat after 30 days.
Once opened, reseal the pack after every use and store it cool and dry. A bag clip or an airtight tub keeps moisture out over the months it takes to use a full kilo.
