Aptus Micromix Soil 1 kg – microbial soil activator for full rooms and big soil batches
A full grow room of soil pots, or a raised bed outdoors? At that point you're mixing hundreds of litres of substrate, and the 1 kg pack is the size that keeps up. Aptus Micromix Soil puts an active population of beneficial microorganisms straight into the root zone from planting onwards, so roots grow into living soil instead of a sterile mix.
How much soil 1 kg treats
At 0.5–1 g per litre, 1 kg is good for 1,000 to 2,000 litres of soil. In pots that's roughly 90 to 180 pots of 11 litres, or 40 to 80 pots of 25 litres. Planting straight into the hole at 1 g per plant, it covers a thousand plants.
What it does
The selected microorganisms and stimulants sit on carriers that protect and feed them, which gives the powder a longer storage life. Once in the soil, the bacteria produce enzymes that break down accumulated nutrient salts into usable food. A healthy microbial population supports rooting and young plant growth. According to Aptus it's 100% organic and works in all substrates.
Working at scale
Weigh out the dose per batch of soil rather than per pot: for a 200 L mixing tub, that's 100 to 200 g. Spread it evenly and turn the soil well. Apply once, in the growth phase; a follow-up with Micromix Drip after 21 days is optional. Reseal the pack after each use and keep it dry and cool.
