Product description
Aptus NutriSpray 50 ml – foliar micro-element spray, trial size
Never sprayed micro-elements onto the leaf before? The 50 ml bottle of Aptus NutriSpray is the smallest way in: enough for a single tent, a couple of mother plants or one round of cuttings to see how your plants respond.
What it is
NutriSpray is a liquid foliar fertiliser combining a natural organic surfactant, horse chestnut extract and the micro-elements manganese, sulphur, zinc and iron. You use it for general nutrition or to quickly correct a micronutrient shortage. After spraying, it leaves an active micro-element layer on the leaf that keeps nutrients available for up to two weeks and biodegrades within 10 to 15 days. The horse chestnut extract binds the micro-elements and helps transport them into the plant.
How far 50 ml goes
Diluted at 2 ml per litre, this bottle makes 25 L of spray solution. A 1 L hand sprayer takes just 2 ml, so a small syringe is the easiest way to measure.
Spraying in a small tent
Never spray it neat. Mix 2 ml per litre and cover the whole leaf surface, top and underside. Indoors, spray in weeks 1, 3 and 5 of flower. Mother plants get a spray a week before you take cuttings, and cuttings can be sprayed once a week. Always spray with the lights off and leave them off for another 20 to 30 minutes so the leaves can absorb it.
