Aptus RO Water Conditioner 5 L – mineral water conditioner for RO systems in larger grow rooms
Running a big RO unit that fills reservoirs every day? Then conditioning that water is a fixed daily step, and the 5 L can of Aptus RO Water Conditioner is made for that: larger grow rooms and growers who use it every run. It adds calcium, magnesium, some nitrogen and trace elements to very pure water, giving your nutrient solution the pH buffer that RO water lacks.
Why it matters
Water straight from a reverse osmosis filter has almost no hardness, so the pH jumps with every small addition. A precise mix of selected raw materials, free of chlorides and heavy metals and fully soluble, brings that buffer back. It's suitable for all media, from the first watering to the last.
Scale in numbers
Per 10 L the dose is 5 ml for RO water, 2.5 ml for soft water and 1 ml for city water. That means 5 L conditions about 10,000 litres of RO water, 20,000 litres of soft water or 50,000 litres of city water. A 500 L RO tank takes 250 ml.
Automating it
If you use a dosing system, put RO Water Conditioner on the very first channel, ahead of Aptus Regulator and every other product, so it always hits clean water first. Shake the can before connecting it.
