Reliable circulation for small and medium-sized hydro systems
An evenly mixed nutrient solution is the foundation for good nutrient uptake and a healthy root environment. The Aquaking HX-2500 is a compact submersible circulation pump that does exactly that: it keeps the nutrient solution in the reservoir moving, prevents stagnant zones in the tank and helps keep nutrients evenly distributed throughout the container instead of settling at the bottom.
With a flow rate of up to 1,000 litres per hour at a power draw of just 22 watts, the HX-2500 offers a good balance between performance and energy consumption. The maximum head height of 1.6 metres is enough to run small to medium-sized NFT (nutrient film technique) systems and smaller ebb and flow systems. Thanks to its compact build, the pump takes up hardly any space in the reservoir and can be secured to the tank floor with suction feet, which is particularly useful in cramped grow rooms or smaller tents.
Use: the HX-2500 is fully submerged in the nutrient reservoir and connected to your system via the outlet. It is designed for continuous 24-hour operation and works reliably even at low water levels. The pump is suitable for both the vegetative and flowering stages and can be used in hydro systems such as NFT and ebb and flow where a medium flow rate is sufficient. The HX-2500 is suitable for both fresh and salt water and tolerates a typical nutrient solution down to a pH of around 5.0.
Compatibility: the pump can be used with any nutrient brand and combined with common NFT channels, ebb and flow systems and reservoirs from various manufacturers.
