AquaKing HX-8200 Circulation Pump – 2,500 l/h: product details and use
Robust circulation pump for continuous use with a nutrient dosing computer
In many professional grow set-ups, a dosing or nutrient computer controls irrigation automatically. To keep the prepared nutrient solution evenly mixed and stop nutrients settling in the tank, you need a reliable circulation pump that runs steadily even in continuous operation. The Aquaking HX-8200 was developed for exactly this purpose: with a high-quality stainless steel housing and a design rated for continuous 24-hour operation, it is built specifically for the demands of nutrient computers and larger reservoirs.
With a flow rate of up to 2,500 litres per hour at a power draw of 100 watts, the HX-8200 keeps the nutrient solution in the tank moving continuously. This prevents nutrients from settling at the bottom of the reservoir and ensures that the nutrients added by the dosing computer are evenly distributed in the solution before being passed on to the irrigation system. A well-mixed nutrient solution is essential for all plants in the system to receive a similar nutrient composition. The robust stainless steel housing also makes the pump durable for long-term use in demanding environments.
Use: the HX-8200 is fully submerged in the nutrient reservoir and is designed for the continuous operation typically required with a dosing or nutrient computer. It is suitable for both the vegetative and flowering stages and can be used in larger hydro systems and automated irrigation systems with a nutrient computer. The pump is suitable for both fresh and salt water and tolerates a typical nutrient solution down to a pH of around 5.0.
Compatibility: the HX-8200 can be used with any nutrient brand and combined with common dosing and nutrient computers and larger reservoirs from various manufacturers.
