Atami ATA Calmag 1 L – Ca-Mg plant nutrient additive with iron for coco and RO growers

Coco growers know the pattern: the substrate holds on to calcium and magnesium, and plants on soft or RO water start to ask for more. Atami ATA Calmag answers that with calcium, magnesium and iron in one bottle, plus N 6 (w/w), to bring demineralised water back into balance before you add your base feed.

How much water 1 L covers

At 0.1–1 ml per litre, one litre is enough for 1,000 to 10,000 L of water. A home grower with one or two tents on pure RO water at the top dose gets through several runs; with slightly soft tap water at low doses it lasts much longer.

Finding your dose

Start by measuring the EC of your source water. The softer it is, the closer to 1 ml/L you go; tap water with some minerals needs much less. Add Calmag first and stir, then add your base nutrients and check EC and pH of the final mix. In a 20 L tank, that is 2–20 ml.

Good to know

Atami advises mixing at around 21 °C water temperature for the best results. Calmag works on every substrate, not only coco.
