Atami ATA Calmag 250 ml – calcium and magnesium for soft water, small bottle
Just switched to reverse osmosis water, or noticed your tap water is very soft? The 250 ml bottle of Atami ATA Calmag is an easy way to bring calcium and magnesium back into one tent's feed. It also adds iron and nitrogen (N 6 w/w), and suits every type of substrate, with coco as a classic case.
How far 250 ml goes
The dose runs from 0.1 to 1 ml per litre, depending on how soft your water is. At the full 1 ml/L it is enough for 250 L; at low doses for slightly soft water, up to 2,500 L. For most home growers that is at least one complete run.
Dosing tip
Low doses call for precision. Use a 1 ml or 5 ml syringe rather than the cap: in a 10 L watering can you add between 1 and 10 ml. Calmag goes in first, before your base nutrients. Stir, add the rest, then check EC and pH.
Atami recommends a water temperature of about 21 °C for the best result, so let cold tap or RO water warm up a little before mixing.
