Atami Cocos Substrate 50 L is a washed, buffered and aged coco substrate with light pre-fertilisation. The coco fibres are washed, steamed and buffered, and the product carries the RHP quality mark, so you start with a clean, stable growing medium that gives you full control over feeding. One 50 L bag fills several 10–11 L pots, so it is a practical size for a full grow tent.

How to use
Fill your pots loosely, without pressing the mix down hard, and water thoroughly before planting so the substrate is evenly moist. Coco holds little nutrition of its own, so feed with a coco base nutrient such as B'cuzz Coco A&B, together with a Ca/Mg supplement if you use soft water. The starter nutrients last about one week; after that, add liquid nutrients and stimulators with every watering.
