Atami Kilomix 50 L is a heavily fertilised peat substrate with perlite for growers who want a rich start and fewer liquid feeds early on. Organic fertilisers such as worm castings, guano and lime are mixed in and release nutrients over a longer period, enough for around six weeks of growth. One 50 L bag fills several 10–11 L pots, so it is a practical size for a full grow tent.

How to use
Fill your pots loosely, without pressing the mix down hard, and water thoroughly before planting so the substrate is evenly moist. Because of the high EC, Kilomix suits established plants better than tiny seedlings or fresh clones; root those in a lighter mix first. Give plain water for the first weeks and only start liquid feeding after about six weeks, guided by runoff EC.
