Running an NFT or ebb-and-flow system at home and want a veg feed that keeps the pH steady? Canna Aqua Vega A+B is a fast-acting two-part grow nutrient made for recirculating systems. This set contains one 1 L bottle each of part A and part B: the all-round size for most home grows.
What's inside
Aqua Vega contains all essential elements, with nitrogen, EDDHA iron chelates, trace elements and pH stabilisers. Those stabilisers are the point: once the tank is set up, you don't have to keep correcting the pH every day. The nutrients are quickly available to the roots.
How far a 1 L set goes
The dose is 20 ml A plus 20 ml B per 10 litres (1:500). One set therefore makes 500 litres of nutrient solution. With a 100 L reservoir, that's five full tank changes.
Mixing step by step
Shake both bottles. Fill the tank with water, add part A and stir, then add part B and stir again. Never mix the A and B concentrates directly, not even in a measuring cup: use a separate cup or syringe for each. Let the solution stand for a few hours before use. Aim for EC 1.1–1.9 mS/cm (including the EC of your water) and pH 5.2–6.2.
When to switch
Use Aqua Vega through veg and the first 1–3 weeks of flower. Move to Canna Aqua Flores when flowers form, or when the pH of the circulating water drops below about 5.0–5.2.
