Canna Hydro Flores A+B 5 L – run-to-waste bloom feed for rockwool rooms
In run-to-waste, every feed is mixed fresh and the drain goes away, so consumption adds up fast across a room of slabs. The 5 L set of Canna Hydro Flores A+B, 5 L of part A and 5 L of part B, is for growers running rockwool or other inert media at that scale.
What's inside
A complete two-part bloom nutrient for run-to-waste, rich in chelated trace elements for steady uptake through the whole flowering phase. It follows on from Canna Hydro Vega. It is not interchangeable with Canna Aqua, which is formulated for recirculating systems where the solution goes back to the tank.
Five litres in practice
At 40 ml A plus 40 ml B per 10 L (1:250), the set makes about 1,250 L of nutrient solution. A 200 L day tank uses 800 ml of each part, so you get roughly six fills. Remember that 10–20% of what you feed runs to drain, and size your orders accordingly.
Running a room
Fill the tank with water, add A and stir well, then B and stir again; never mix the concentrates neat. Two dosing pump channels or clearly marked jugs keep A and B apart. Let the solution stand a few hours. Target EC 1.8–2.7 mS/cm including water EC and pH 5.2–6.2. In intensive grows, irrigate 1–3 times a day for 10–20% drain, check drain EC regularly, and flush with plain water every 1–2 weeks to keep salts from building up in the slabs.
