Canna Rhizotonic 250 ml – kelp root stimulator for cuttings and seedlings
Never used a root stimulator before, or only running one small tent? The 250 ml bottle lets you see what Canna Rhizotonic does for your cuttings and seedlings without buying a big jug. It is a concentrated extract of Ascophyllum nodosum kelp that helps young plants put down roots fast and recover after transplanting.
How far 250 ml goes
At the veg dose of 2 ml per litre you mix roughly 125 L of water with it. At the full starting dose of 4 ml/L, which you use for the first watering and right after repotting, it covers about 60 L. For a single tent with a handful of plants that is easily one complete run, often more.
Measuring small doses
With a bottle this size you will often be mixing just a few litres at a time, so a 5 or 10 ml syringe beats guessing with the cap. Shake the bottle, add Rhizotonic to the water first, then your base feed, and set the pH last. Later in flower you drop right back to 0.5 ml/L.
Rhizotonic barely raises EC, so it is safe on fresh cuttings, and you can also mist it lightly onto the leaves of new clones.
