Cannazym 1 L – enzyme additive that clears dead roots from your substrate
Every run, part of the root system dies off naturally. Left in the pot, that old material takes up space and holds nutrients your plants cannot reach. A litre of Cannazym is the practical size for growers with one or two tents who want to keep the root zone clean from start to finish.
What it does
Cannazym is an enzyme additive from Canna. The enzymes break down dead root material and convert it into nutrients the plant can take up again. It also contains an extract from a desert plant and vitamins. The result is a cleaner substrate with room for fresh, active roots and a supportive environment for beneficial micro-organisms. It works in soil, coco and hydro.
How far 1 L goes
At 2.5 ml per litre, one bottle treats about 400 L of nutrient solution. That is 25 ml for a 10 L can, or 125 ml for a 50 L tank, so in most home grows it lasts at least one full cycle.
Good to know
Add it at every watering or tank top-up, in veg and bloom. Reusing your coco or soil? Double the dose to 5 ml/L for the first month to help break down the old root mass. Do not mix your solution more than four days in advance, and never combine Cannazym with products containing hydrogen peroxide, as it deactivates the enzymes. A change in colour during storage is normal.
