Cannazym 5 L – enzyme additive in volume for grow rooms and reused substrate
Growers who reuse coco or soil across many pots, or who feed several tents at once, get through enzyme additives fast. The 5 L can of Cannazym covers that kind of use and brings the cost per litre down compared with the 1 L bottle.
Why growers use it
Roots die back naturally throughout a grow. Cannazym's enzymes break down that dead root material and turn it into nutrients your plants can use again, so the substrate stays clean and there is room for new, active roots. A desert plant extract and vitamins round off the formula, and beneficial micro-organisms around the roots are supported. It works in soil, coco and hydro.
Five litres in practice
At 2.5 ml/L you get about 2,000 L of nutrient solution out of this can. A 200 L reservoir needs 500 ml per fill, so expect around ten tank fills. If you are breaking in reused substrate at the double dose of 5 ml/L for the first month, plan on half that.
Mixing tips at scale
Mix solutions no more than four days ahead, because the enzymes work best fresh. If you also use hydrogen peroxide or products based on it for your system, keep them apart from Cannazym; they cancel each other out. A dosing pump on your mixing tank makes the daily 2.5 ml/L routine effortless. Store the can closed, dark and frost-free. Darkening of the liquid over time is normal.
