Hortimol LE90A10 UV+FR LED 90W LED Grow Light: lighting and specifications
This add-on module delivers a perfectly matched supplementary spectrum that conventional LED grow lights lack: UV-B for increased production of secondary plant compounds and far red (FR) for deeper flower development and the Emerson effect.
The two LED bars use OSRAM chips, are completely fanless, IP65 protected and UV and FR can be switched on separately. Thanks to adjustable brackets, the LE90A10 can be combined not only with the Hortimol MG series but also with Lumatek, Gavita, Fluence, Mars Hydro, SanLight and other brands.
With a total output of 90 W, it's the ideal addition to high-end indoor grows where aroma, essential oils, flower density and flower quality are the priority.

Effect & properties
UV-B activates the plant's own "sun protection system", boosting production of essential oils, terpenes and anthocyanins – ideal for more intense aromas and essential oil production.
Far red has a photomorphogenic effect: it improves light penetration, stimulates flower cluster formation and increases photosynthetic efficiency in combination with full-spectrum LEDs.
Thanks to light emission on both sides, you get an even spectral supplement without having to replace your main lighting. Minimal changes to your setup – maximum boost to final quality.
