Hortimol MG6 LED 480W FSM+ 2.5μmol/J LED Grow Light: lighting and specifications
The MG6 is the right choice for growers who want to combine strong light output, even coverage and high efficiency. The FSM+ spectrum combines blue light for compact growth, intense red for flower development and far red (730 nm) to improve light penetration and metabolic processes. Together with warm white 3,200 K and CRI 85, this creates a spectrum that comes very close to natural sunlight and provides optimal conditions for photosynthesis and the formation of secondary plant compounds.
With 480 W output, an efficiency of 2.5 µmol/J and a PPF of 1,200 µmol/s, the MG6 delivers powerful light with moderate power consumption. The passively cooled multi-bar design runs completely silently and ensures even light distribution without hotspots – a decisive advantage for medium-sized indoor growing areas.

The carefully balanced FSM+ spectrum stimulates root growth, vegetative vigour and fast, dense flower formation. The multi-bar layout lights every corner of the 120 × 120 cm area evenly, while far red (730 nm) increases photosynthetic efficiency and flower production. The LED protective coating increases light transmission and protects against moisture and dust (IP65).
