Inqontrol STC Temperature Controller 8A: product details and use
The Inqontrol STC 8A is an electronic fan controller that automatically keeps the temperature in your grow room constant. You set a minimum and maximum fan speed; the STC then regulates your fans automatically between those values based on the measured temperature.
Key features
- Automatic temperature control via the 5 m NTC temperature sensor
- Night mode: the 5 m LDR light sensor detects when the lights go off; the STC then runs the fans at maximum for 5 minutes every hour to remove excess humidity
- Minimum and maximum speed adjustable
- Bandwidth (sensitivity): the lower the setting, the faster the controller reacts to temperature changes
- Fan synchronisation for one or two fans, for balanced airflow
- Expandable with the STC Buddy 16A (an extra 16 A of fans, up to 5 Buddy modules per STC)
