Matrix Regulator from Fenix MTX (Germany) is a highly concentrated additive that, in the maker's words, makes growing a lot easier. It builds a strong structure with deep green leaves and strong fibres, and improves fertiliser uptake so you need less fertiliser. Fenix MTX also says it helps plants cope with cold and heat stress and supports larger flowers and fruits.
Value at this size
Because the small bottles are priced almost identically per litre, the jump to 5 L is where the real saving is. If you already know Regulator works in your set-up, buying the container cuts the cost of the additive substantially over a year.
Working at volume
Fenix MTX doesn't publish a fixed dose on its product page: you dose according to the Matrix MTX feeding schedule. Shake well and check EC and pH after mixing. With bigger tanks, a dosing pump makes it easy to hold the same level in every batch. Shake the container before drawing from it, decant a litre for daily use, and keep the rest sealed, dark and frost-free. Because Regulator aims at better uptake, track EC and run-off over the first weeks and adjust your base feed.
