Matrix Regulator 500 ml – concentrated additive for plant structure, to get started
Matrix Regulator is one of the pricier additives in the Matrix MTX range, so it makes sense to start small. With 500 ml you can run it through a cycle in one or two tents and judge the result yourself.
What the manufacturer says
Matrix Regulator from Fenix MTX (Germany) is a highly concentrated additive that, in the maker's words, makes growing a lot easier. It builds a strong structure with deep green leaves and strong fibres, and improves fertiliser uptake so you need less fertiliser. Fenix MTX also says it helps plants cope with cold and heat stress and supports larger flowers and fruits.
Dosing
Fenix MTX doesn't publish a fixed dose on its product page: you dose according to the Matrix MTX feeding schedule. Shake well and check EC and pH after mixing. Because it's highly concentrated, small amounts go a long way, so measure with a syringe rather than the cap.
Good to know
Per litre the 500 ml costs about the same as the 1 L bottle, so you don't pay much extra for testing first. If you decide to stay with it, the 5 L container brings the price per litre down sharply. Since Regulator is meant to improve uptake, keep an eye on your EC and run-off and be ready to lower your base feed slightly.
