Most growers who pick up the 500 ml bottle want to see what it does on a tray of cuttings or a few seedlings before they use it across a whole run. Matrix Rooting, from the Matrix MTX line by Fenix MTX in Germany, is a liquid root stimulator for soil and hydro, aimed at one thing: plenty of healthy white roots.
What's inside
The formula is high in phosphorus with added trace elements. Phosphorus is the element young root systems lean on most, so cuttings, seedlings and freshly transplanted plants get the material they need to root out quickly.
Where the small bottle fits
The 500 ml size suits one tent and the propagation stage: rooting clones, the first weeks after germination and the moment you pot up. Because you only dose it in that early window, a small bottle lasts longer than you might expect.
Using it
Shake well and dose according to the Matrix MTX feeding schedule printed on the label. A small syringe helps when you mix just a litre or two for a propagator. Check EC and pH after mixing. For a clean root zone, Fenix MTX recommends pairing it with Matrix MTX EnZym. Keep the bottle out of reach of children.
