Matrix Spraymix 500 ml – foliar spray for fast leaf feeding in a small tent
Foliar feeding is new to a lot of growers, and the 500 ml bottle is a low-risk way to try it. Even this smallest size lasts a very long time in a single tent, because the spray solution is mixed extremely weak.
What it does
Matrix Spraymix is a foliar spray from the German Matrix MTX line by Fenix MTX. Nutrients are taken up very quickly through the leaf rather than the roots. According to the manufacturer, regular use gives you healthy, deep green leaves and more resilient, vital plants.
How far 500 ml goes
Fenix gives a rate of 20 ml per 100 L of water for plants that are struggling, which works out to 0.2 ml per litre. At that rate this bottle makes up to 2,500 L of spray. A 1 L hand mister needs just 0.2 ml, so measure with a 1 ml syringe; a capful would be far too much.
When and how to spray
Start in the first 2 to 3 weeks of growth and stop no later than two weeks after flowering begins. Spray when the lights are off or dimmed so droplets do not burn the leaves, and cover both the top and underside of the leaf. For your regular schedule, follow the Matrix MTX feeding schedule on the label.
Shake well before use and store frost-free. Do not swallow and keep out of reach of children.
