Curious about feeding organically but not ready to switch your whole tent? This 100 ml bottle is the sample size of Plagron Alga Bloom, an algae-based bloom nutrient for all soil mixes. Use it on two or three plants and compare them with the rest before you commit.
How much feed you get
At the standard 4 ml per litre (1:250), 100 ml makes about 25 L of nutrient water. That is two and a half 10 L watering cans, so think of it as a trial for a few plants over a couple of weeks of flower, not a full run.
What's inside
Alga Bloom has an NPK of 3-2-5 plus micronutrients. Phosphorus and potassium feed flower and fruit development and help with firmness, aroma and taste. Amino acids, proteins and extracts of marine algae help the plant use its energy well in bloom and cope with drought or temperature swings, while the soil structure benefits as well.
Tips for a small test
Use a syringe: 40 ml goes into a 10 L can, 20 ml into 5 L. Shake the bottle first and feed it with every watering in flower, after Alga Grow in veg. A slight smell or some cloudiness after mixing comes from natural bacterial activity and is normal. In the 100% NATURAL line on Plagron soil there is no need to adjust pH or EC.
