Supreme Coco A+B 5 L – two-part mineral base feed for coco, starter set
New to coco, or setting up a first tent and looking for a base nutrient that does not cost a fortune? The 5 L set is the smallest way into Supreme Coco A+B, a two-part liquid mineral feed made for coco coir. One product covers veg and flower, so you only need to learn one schedule.
How far the 5 L set goes
You dose A and B in equal amounts, between 1.5 and 4 ml of each per litre. At full strength that is 8 ml of concentrate per litre of water, so the set makes about 625 L of nutrient solution. At the 1.5 ml starting dose it stretches to over 1,600 L. For one tent that usually means a complete run with room to spare.
Getting started
Coco needs feeding with nearly every watering, so keep it simple: fill your can, add Coco A and stir, then add the same amount of Coco B. Never pour A and B together undiluted. Begin around 1.5 ml/L for young plants and build up as they grow, checking EC and pH after each mix. A cheap EC meter pays for itself here.
Safety
Coco A can cause serious eye damage (H318). Wear safety glasses and gloves when you pour, and store the bottles out of reach of children.
