How fast will my order arrive?

Short answer

Order before 12:00 on a business day and we usually ship the same day. Delivery takes 1–3 business days in Germany and the Netherlands, 2–4 to Belgium and 2–5 to Spain and the rest of the EU.

Everything ships from our own warehouse in Wachtendonk, with DPD, DHL or PostNL. The delivery time starts the day after your payment comes in. If a product has a different delivery time, you'll see that on the product page.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you get an email with a tracking link, so you always know where it is. More on the shipping page.
