The floor is 0.72 m², and a 200 W lamp gives about 280 W/m². That's enough for solid flowering. The problem with a 60x120 cm tent is its shape: a small square lamp lights the middle well and the ends poorly, so look for a bar-style or wide-spread lamp, or check the PPFD map for the long edges.
A lamp under about 100 W is too weak for this footprint. If you want a bit more headroom, a dimmable 300 W like the LEDMAXPRO 300 W can run dimmed. Other options: LED grow lights.
