Questions & answers about FloraFlex
All growing questions →- Water, pH & EC How often should I change the water in my reservoir? In recirculating hydro, every 1 to 2 weeks. In soil or coco you mix fresh feed for each watering, so there is nothing to change. Read the answer →
- Water, pH & EC What is the ideal water temperature for my plants? Roughly 18 to 22 °C. Colder water slows the roots, warmer water above about 24 °C makes root rot much more likely. Read the answer →
- Medium & pots How often should I water in soil and in coco? Soil: water when the pot feels light and the top 2–3 cm are dry. Coco: water small amounts often, daily or every second day in bigger pla... Read the answer →
- Water, pH & EC Can I use tap water, or do I need reverse osmosis water? Tap water is fine if it's moderately hard (EC below roughly 0.8). RO water is a blank slate for exact control, but you must add Cal-Mag. Read the answer →
Feeding schedule (g/L)
FloraFlex feeding schedule converted to grams per litre. Start each feed with a little Cal-Mag (EC 0.2–0.3), then add part 1, let it dissolve, then part 2. Target EC in the last column.

The system in three steps
- Medium – a QuickFill coco bag or a PotPro pot.
- Top – a FloraCap or Matrix for even feeding.
- Feed line – 16/17 mm Micro Drip tubing with dripper assemblies, or 1/4" tubing from a Multi Flow Bubbler.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use FloraFlex nutrients in soil?
Yes. The dry nutrients work in soil, coco and hydro; in soil start at the low end of the dose.
Do I need Cal-Mag with RO water?
Usually yes: add Cal + Mag + Iron at 0.5–1 ml/L before the base parts.
Which Matrix fits my pot?
Choose by pot diameter: 9" Matrix for the PotPro 3 gal, 10.5" for the PotPro 5 gal, each with the matching pad and circulator.
When will my order arrive?
FloraFlex ships from Germany in 2–4 working days.
FloraFlex builds clean, repeatable growing systems for coco and hydro: a simple dry nutrient programme, QuickFill coco bags and precise drip irrigation. Everything is designed to work together, from the root zone to the reservoir.
FloraFlex nutrients
The dry programme runs on two parts in veg (V1 + V2) and two parts in bloom (B1 + B2), with Bulky B and Full Tilt as boosters. The powders dissolve completely, are pH-stable and ideal for drip and fertigation. Add Cal + Mag + Iron when you grow with RO water.
Drip irrigation and pots
FloraCaps, the Matrix system and the Micro Drip System deliver every plant exactly the same amount, while blocking light against algae. PotPro pots and QuickFill bags complete the setup. Combine them with our irrigation range for a fully automated grow.
